Please Help! I am having trouble with Bugbear's route. I have tried at least 15 different ways of playing it through but I am unable to meet him at the library ever (I've tried wednesday and thursday). No matter what, I either meet another character, or nobody. I have tried getting my strength up to ask him all the questions too, but still to no avail. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if my version of the game is broken T-T

1. Make sure in the beginning of the game you have Crypto, Astro, Combat and Defense, and any other class (I chose Alchemy.)
2.Try to get your Bad score up to 4 before tuesday! and strength should be around 10! Best way to do that is During free time steal food in the kitchen two times to obtain 2 bad points. Then switch to exercising(in battle field and towards the end of the day exercise in forest to get tackled by Bugbear). For the rest of the day until you can get at least up to 9 strength points. Tuesday, raise your strength to 10 then the next free time you have go to the battle field and click "Be a Delinquent" to gain 2 bad points.
3. On Tuesday when it asks you to go to class say no. Then you can either go to forest or Garden to find Bugbear. When he asks you "Would you like to have some fun" Press yes and so on.
4. Next day try to spend as much time with him, but don't skip your classes because he will appear in one of them. You will then be able to ask him questions, but don't ask about where he is from. Ask him about his smile. He'll then say something about the library, but you don't have to go there right away, try checking on thursday or friday.
5.Continue to see him, you can go to the nurse or the bathroom and get special events, but they aren't needed for the route. On thursday don't skip your classes and there will be a question asking for what you want to know more about. Press "BugBear" and so on.
That's mostly how you get to his route! It should be easy from there^^ It took me a while too but I figured it out TT

i chose all the classes, house bellatrix for strength but i cant get all stats up before tuesday or on tuesday. strangely enough on my first try i was able to enter the route, but for some reason i wasnt able to meet him at the library so i restarted and now im not even able to enter it- am i perhaps doing something wrong...?

5th meeting (forest, field, garden): "I'm joining the war." / "To take care of somebody" "Ask him if it's for his mother"
-in his route, you'll unlock his 3rd and 4th CG. If you want to unlock his 1st and 2nd CG, you can do Eleni's route. (Eleni, 2nd, 3rd(also unlocked in siri's), 4th CG unlocked in her profile -> Sirius, 3rd & 4th CG unlocked -> Eleni, 1st CG in Siri and Eleni's unlocked)

I KID YOU NOT I KEPT TRYING TO GET BUGBEARS BAD ENDING SO MANY TIMES I KEPT GETTING THE SUCCESS. I clicked the "try to stop him" every time yet still got the success ending :,> HELP
since you already have the good ending, you already know how to meet her and get her ending. this is after you've done all the choices to get to this point, just like how you get the good ending but if you do this for her bad ending, you're basically scaring her instead of helping her.(T⌓T)
this is for her fail ending:
1st option: "I'm sure with your dark magic, we'll be safe."
2nd option: "Don't worry, I'll protect you!"
3rd option: "Watch out there's a spider!"
4th option: "Tell a story about a ferocious beast in a labyrinth"
5th option: "If you're scared, you can hold my hand."
unfortunately you can’t meet him at the library after the midterm announcement if you haven’t triggered the bugbear question in crypto (since the question itself becomes the topic of conversation when you do meet him), so you need that to continue his route :)
according to the guide, asking him about his real name during the midterm announcement should ensure the bugbear question later on, though if you’re lucky, you can get the question before meeting him in class (like i did), hope this helps!
note says that redownloading won't cause saves to disappear, so does that mean, when I download the 1.0 version, the saves in my 0.9 version will transfer there??

Does anyone know how to do the Titus route step by step? PLEASE!! Even though I accept the flower, I can't talk to him in class and at lunch - am I doing something wrong? ; - ;)
I think after accepting the flower, you'll have to wait for the next playthrough to get access to his route! The first event will then be something like "Have we met before?"
basically just meet up with her in class and lunch, follow the guide for the choices, and spam arena exercises and checking up at the infirmary. might want to workstudy at library during curricular. that's all there is to it, and i hope this helps :D
I managed to do Luca's route and at first I thought it wouldn't be as sad as they said... I was wrong and at the time I cried so much, I was shocked and then I cried- IT WAS SO AMAZING!!!
You can trigger her route by interacting with her at class & lunch, do it continuously until you get the dialog "approach" at 08:00 pm and I also recommend you have a moderate or high level of charisma before you go into Eleni's route.
About the charisma thing, you're locked into her route until the day ends, meaning that you need to have that charisma level before you go into the route cuz you can't level up the stats once you enter her route
meet up with him a lot, until he invites you to go to an event with him on the weekends. that's really the only way, he spends his time in the gardens and studying in the library and classroom. when skipping, just go to the library. also, make sure you go to both history of magic and pratical 101. during curricular activities, be sure to go to workstudy in the kitchens. try it out if it works :D
I've just started the game and I love it!! However I do have minor suggestion on things that would be helpful.
-Maybe explain what each of the dorms history at the beginning? Once I realised the dorms had specific traits I had to go back and forth just to pick the one I thought resonated the most with me, which was kinda annoying.
-When we get to choose for the first time what we can do, maybe put a little text underneath saying what each of the images are? As pretty as the art was, I really had no idea what I was getting into clicking each icon.
Also for some reason no matter what I do I can't seem to get Arbors route, I've tried to reply with everything but it just won't unlock the cg ;(
Same with barnabys bad end, I can't unlock the cg for it sadly </3
god i had the same problem with barnaby's fail end CG...i failed more than 5 times to get it before giving up lmao, but i found a comment below me with the steps that helped me get it if you haven't seen it yet. hope this helps :) (credit to @/Nokayo)

he still avoids you if you try to approach him in class after this, but it should give you the CG you're looking for
and then try to go to the afterlife by dying. you can eat the mushrooms in the forest, it's the quickest way to die. I think you only need to eat it 2 times tho.
but after death, there's an option where you pick to just die or still live(as a ghost), if you pick the live as a ghost one. You'll continue to Arbor's route.
Also it may be better if you save at this point, where you pick to pass on or still live(as a ghost ofc)). If you don't want to redo her route all over again(if you choose to pass on by accident)
this may be somewhat incorrect but this is what I remember from playing in her route.
Bugbear's route was really unexpected and NERVE-WRACKING, especially as I did the uncensored route and get scared easily. I did read some comments before it, but I didn't think it would turn out that grotesque. But it was amazing omg. The poor child at the end though.. TT
BUT ASIDES FROM THAT, I'm glad to say I've finally have gotten everyone's good ending ^^!! Now I just need to unlock the CGs and the bad endings and be proud of myself for finishing the game. Thank you for the amazing game as always!!
also, does anyone know how to get siri's fourth cg? ive gotten the other ones already but havent found this one out
edit: got it! before meeting him in the hall for the first time, you need average (8 minimum i believe) strength so u can say "whats the worst that can possibly happen"! i made sure to have around 10 strength which allowed it
from my experience, the people in this comment section actually have the best guides ive found. people here are really nice and explain how to do certain routes in a way thats simple to understand
an ending where if you're an asshole to him, he moves out of the school and comes back years later(special bad ending) and the there's an ending where he takes you somewhere(success/good ending). I think that's all the endings unless you're talking about the ending with no CG then just fail in his route and be neutral.
I've tried all the options when meeting him and there's only 2 endings with CG and one where you fail with no CG
so what i did was be an asshole to him during the 1st meeting (got all the -1 points) and then he started to avoid me in class and everything. i went to hang out with him as much as possible but in classes when i sat next to him he'd avoid me and i was never able to partner with him for the project, so the week ended and i got no ending for him. am i meant to wait for a certain point to be an asshole?
wait did you get the 'forever alone' ending? I did these options though

Hiya anyone can help me with Sal? i keep trying to get his ending but I'm keep failing lol. Im trying to sit next to him in history but he's not in the class??
To get his good ending you need to go to one of the classes he's in to work on the project together, and then go to the library to work on it if i remember correctly :)
hey! i need a little bit of help getting his ending. after the midterm stuff is announced, i talked about his smile and he told me we'd meet inside the library, but i came to no avail. i met other characters and restarted a few times but no bugbear. if you could help id appreciate it :)
You know how we do the work study or get tutoring thing at 6 pm? Just click the first option (studying and chose whichever topic to study with, I chose the second option) , if you get another character that appears , don’t worry he will appear at 8 pm if you click to be in the library again, Bugbear will be there resting his head.
this can only be obtained if you done the Smile question since he asked you to meet you in the library
i might be wrong about some parts since I’m going off of memory and was the direction I chose !
I'm mostly speculating but I just got Bugbear's end, so here's my best guess. Lmk if it works!
For Bugbear, make sure you have crypto and astro (ik you need crypto, afaik you don't need astro, just some other class besides crypto for him to hopefully talk to you in, astro just worked for me.)
Also make sure you have some bad student in you asap (someone else recommended 4) and try to talk to him as much as possible while still stacking str.
For in between events where you have minor interactions, I find him mostly in the garden, forest (at night), and I've gotten two unique interactions, one in the bathhouse and one getting checked up at the infirmary. (I know the bathhouse one is not req. to get his good end, and I don't think the infirmary one is either.) You can tell whether or not bugbear is in the forest based off of whether the trees have red faces. Early on in his route if he's there, they'll only have specks of red on them. (Red eyes, maybe?)
two events should trigger, before you get either conversation, bugbear should tackle you. This happened to me once in the forest and once in the garden, both while wandering (but I hear it can happen in the field too).
After that one, you should get another where bugbear asks you to have some fun with him, if you say yes it'll prompt you to confirm entrance to his route. (Saying no or "avoid"ing his route will lock you out I believe). The only time I can remember this convo being prompted for me was in the garden, but idk if that was by chance or if it has to happen there.
skip all classes until you hit 10 str (picking bellatrix can help out wit this). Once you do that, stop skipping astro. skip crypto until you get the convo in astro bc otherwise the convo abt his smile will initiate in crypto and you won't have enough time to initiate the convo abt bugbear before friday.
In astro, hopefully he'll talk to you. I asked him everything and the only time I refused to prod was about his family, I don't know what'll give you more points but I've heard you need to ask about his smile. At the end he'll ask if you'll be at the library.
take crypto next opportunity you have, a prompt should come up to ask the prof about bugbear, click it.
After that, you can trigger his library event. Mine triggered a day after the convo in astro while reading, so dw about time.
then, just hang out with him where you can until friday :D (fyi, trying to stop him in his ending or letting it happen doesn't change anything!)

I managed to do Luca's route and at first I thought it wouldn't be as sad as they said... I was wrong and at the time I cried so much, I was shocked and then I cried- IT WAS SO AMAZING!!!

You can trigger her route by interacting with her at class & lunch, do it continuously until you get the dialog "approach" at 08:00 pm and I also recommend you have a moderate or high level of charisma before you go into Eleni's route.
About the charisma thing, you're locked into her route until the day ends, meaning that you need to have that charisma level before you go into the route cuz you can't level up the stats once you enter her route

meet up with him a lot, until he invites you to go to an event with him on the weekends. that's really the only way, he spends his time in the gardens and studying in the library and classroom. when skipping, just go to the library. also, make sure you go to both history of magic and pratical 101. during curricular activities, be sure to go to workstudy in the kitchens. try it out if it works :D

I've just started the game and I love it!! However I do have minor suggestion on things that would be helpful.
-Maybe explain what each of the dorms history at the beginning? Once I realised the dorms had specific traits I had to go back and forth just to pick the one I thought resonated the most with me, which was kinda annoying.
-When we get to choose for the first time what we can do, maybe put a little text underneath saying what each of the images are? As pretty as the art was, I really had no idea what I was getting into clicking each icon.
Also for some reason no matter what I do I can't seem to get Arbors route, I've tried to reply with everything but it just won't unlock the cg ;(
Same with barnabys bad end, I can't unlock the cg for it sadly </3
god i had the same problem with barnaby's fail end CG...i failed more than 5 times to get it before giving up lmao, but i found a comment below me with the steps that helped me get it if you haven't seen it yet. hope this helps :)

you can eat the mushrooms in the forest, it's the quickest way to die.
I think you only need to eat it 2 times tho.
but after death, there's an option where you pick to just die or still live(as a ghost), if you pick the live as a ghost one. You'll continue to Arbor's route.
Also it may be better if you save at this point, where you pick to pass on or still live(as a ghost ofc)). If you don't want to redo her route all over again(if you choose to pass on by accident)
this may be somewhat incorrect but this is what I remember from playing in her route.

Bugbear's route was really unexpected and NERVE-WRACKING, especially as I did the uncensored route and get scared easily. I did read some comments before it, but I didn't think it would turn out that grotesque. But it was amazing omg. The poor child at the end though.. TT
BUT ASIDES FROM THAT, I'm glad to say I've finally have gotten everyone's good ending ^^!! Now I just need to unlock the CGs and the bad endings and be proud of myself for finishing the game. Thank you for the amazing game as always!!

edit: got it! before meeting him in the hall for the first time, you need average (8 minimum i believe) strength so u can say "whats the worst that can possibly happen"! i made sure to have around 10 strength which allowed it

for barnaby, how do we get the -3 end?
an ending where if you're an asshole to him, he moves out of the school and comes back years later(special bad ending)
and the there's an ending where he takes you somewhere(success/good ending).
I think that's all the endings unless you're talking about the ending with no CG then just fail in his route and be neutral.
I've tried all the options when meeting him and there's only 2 endings with CG and one where you fail with no CG

so what i did was be an asshole to him during the 1st meeting (got all the -1 points) and then he started to avoid me in class and everything. i went to hang out with him as much as possible but in classes when i sat next to him he'd avoid me and i was never able to partner with him for the project, so the week ended and i got no ending for him. am i meant to wait for a certain point to be an asshole?

alright, route attempted! i didn't get the success ending, but here's some tips:
1) try to encounter him in the forest at night. you don't have to go there, it'll be prompted when you go to sleep. just go to history as usual.
2) stack up on strength. you'll need moderate strength to choose an option that guaranteeds the good ending.
3) if sal isn't in class, then skip it. find him somewhere else.
4) remember to go to fields during curricular activity (queensguard) to unlock sal's cg!
5) basically just to talk to him as much as possible. do your best!
To get his good ending you need to go to one of the classes he's in to work on the project together, and then go to the library to work on it if i remember correctly :)

hey! i need a little bit of help getting his ending. after the midterm stuff is announced, i talked about his smile and he told me we'd meet inside the library, but i came to no avail. i met other characters and restarted a few times but no bugbear. if you could help id appreciate it :)
something i realized is that he might not appear in the library on wednesday but on thursday instead! hope this helps!

You know how we do the work study or get tutoring thing at 6 pm? Just click the first option (studying and chose whichever topic to study with, I chose the second option) , if you get another character that appears , don’t worry he will appear at 8 pm if you click to be in the library again, Bugbear will be there resting his head.
this can only be obtained if you done the Smile question since he asked you to meet you in the library
i might be wrong about some parts since I’m going off of memory and was the direction I chose !

I'm mostly speculating but I just got Bugbear's end, so here's my best guess. Lmk if it works!
For Bugbear, make sure you have crypto and astro (ik you need crypto, afaik you don't need astro, just some other class besides crypto for him to hopefully talk to you in, astro just worked for me.)
Also make sure you have some bad student in you asap (someone else recommended 4) and try to talk to him as much as possible while still stacking str.
For in between events where you have minor interactions, I find him mostly in the garden, forest (at night), and I've gotten two unique interactions, one in the bathhouse and one getting checked up at the infirmary. (I know the bathhouse one is not req. to get his good end, and I don't think the infirmary one is either.) You can tell whether or not bugbear is in the forest based off of whether the trees have red faces. Early on in his route if he's there, they'll only have specks of red on them. (Red eyes, maybe?)
two events should trigger, before you get either conversation, bugbear should tackle you. This happened to me once in the forest and once in the garden, both while wandering (but I hear it can happen in the field too).
After that one, you should get another where bugbear asks you to have some fun with him, if you say yes it'll prompt you to confirm entrance to his route. (Saying no or "avoid"ing his route will lock you out I believe). The only time I can remember this convo being prompted for me was in the garden, but idk if that was by chance or if it has to happen there.
skip all classes until you hit 10 str (picking bellatrix can help out wit this). Once you do that, stop skipping astro. skip crypto until you get the convo in astro bc otherwise the convo abt his smile will initiate in crypto and you won't have enough time to initiate the convo abt bugbear before friday.
In astro, hopefully he'll talk to you. I asked him everything and the only time I refused to prod was about his family, I don't know what'll give you more points but I've heard you need to ask about his smile. At the end he'll ask if you'll be at the library.
take crypto next opportunity you have, a prompt should come up to ask the prof about bugbear, click it.
After that, you can trigger his library event. Mine triggered a day after the convo in astro while reading, so dw about time.
then, just hang out with him where you can until friday :D (fyi, trying to stop him in his ending or letting it happen doesn't change anything!)
