this game is a masterpiece, i downloaded this back in late 2022 and here i am now re-downloading this because i saw it while browsing a visual novel game to play!! glad to be back
seeing everyone get a bad ending for their first playthrough. im glad im choosing simon from the very first time i met him. my first playthrough i got his great ending immediately:))
theres like i think close to 20 different routes though I'm not sure how many of them are male pretty sure theyer split down the middle. If you need help getting any routes just go to the guide
What a lovely and cute-looking game! I got the Forever Alone ending the first time, like everyone I bet, but the second time around I had sucess with Evelyn, what a cutie! Props to the writer for having her be a cute romance, from what I read others had worse luck with their picks haha. Both playthroughs I had the "faint nurse meeting event" after Evelyn had given me her candy on lunch break, at first I thought she had poisoned me haha.
i love this game so dearly. i've only gotten one ending so far, but my sweet boy simon means the universe to me. so excited to see more of what this has in store!
Does all characters have both good and bad endings or do some of them have only one? No matter how many guides I look I cant find a second ending for hui????
if anyone is struggling with bugbear's sucessful route, even with the guide:
bugbear's sucessful ending needs everything mentioned in the guide, but you also need 10 strength before meeting 3 so that you can ask about his smile. you also need to get the prompt in the garden where bugbear tackles you and choose "let him lay on you"
idk if this is needed but i also chose to fight back at the end as well as calling him disgusting but i dont know if those mattered since i tried both without meeting the above condition and it didn't change anything
i'm so lost on how to get images 2 and 3 for siri, and just with eleni and siri in general, like ik they're dating but how tf do I do the rest of their routes (guides are doing nada)
It's...unintuitive, absolutely, but the game and especially the characters are pretty, I wanted to try the route of basically every female character I found. Also, a simple sound effect for the typewriter text would go a long way.
All in all I think this game has a great concept, but having to consult a prepackaged guide to get the ending you want is terrible for the gameplay. Or maybe I'm just missing something.
The spellbook having a tracker of "classes they attend", "places they frequent", "club they participate in" that updates as you meet them in each of those instances would have been a welcome feature for sure.
I have a headcanon/theory about Areve, which is that she is afflicted with a curse that makes those who love her forget her when they don't stay in contact. The reason I think this is because of the failed ending, where she dies and you lose all memory of her, and also the dialogue where she talks about her hometown she says (approximately) "I was loved, I think, no that's not right, I was undeniably, certainly loved." and I was thinking about why she would doubt that the people in the village loved her and it could be because they would constantly forget about her because of the curse. Areve is also associated with forget-me-nots. Her failed ending is called "forget me not", the first lunchtime in the gardens with her says she's surrounded by forget-me-nots, and her picture in the student spellbook is framed by forget-me-nots.

Anyways I loved playing this game it was so fun. The characters are stunning and everything about this game is just so beautiful <33
They basically throw it to your face that you were just a backburner all along and that the reason why they even gave you a time of day is because both of them were in a fight. And they literally cast you aside the moment they both meet again. I came from loving them both to absolutely disliking them (¬_¬")
I suggest you get to experience the ending yourself since this is just a badly written summarization because I suck at explaining LOL also, just to add to my rant, after I finished their route, I learned to appreciate Bugbear more (at least he's honest (•̀⤙•́) )
completely fell for Siri on my first playthrough and that success(?) ending broke my heart TT honestly this is one of the best VNs i've played. the sheer amount of replayability it has is insane, the art and colours are so cozy and Siri got me kicking my feet so much omg,, p.s is anyone also having trouble with opening the student spellbook? cos whenever i try to open it an error pops up saying "an exception has occurred" i play on windows if that means anything

I did figure it out! You don't actually need to ask about his smile, it's optional. but I think you do need that scene. With the ending YOU HAVE TO fight back EVERY time. That was my issue the last few times I clicked the other option because I didn't think anything was happening 😭

does anyone know how to visit the other dorms?? Im trying to get a cg in Titus's route (according to guide, I need to visit his dorm), but the only dorm I know how to enter is my own for some reason??

I wanted to do bugbear's route but when i get to the library part the game crashes, idk why. Can someone explsin me what's happening?
