Having played around 40% of the routes, my impression is that this game has some interesting background lore and is great for replayability. Love the pixel portrait art and varied backgrounds. Music got a bit repetitive after a few rounds, but was nice for the most part. I like that you can choose to use they/them pronouns and the presence of a few nonbinary characters.
Favorite routes were: Bugbear and Huxley. On the other hand, my expectations were really... turned around in the Eleni/Sirius route... haha...
Also, I think most of the routes I encountered turned out to be platonic (not necessarily a bad thing, just surprising). Although getting bro-zoned by Ivy hurt a little ;_;
I'm surprised this game hasn't gotten more popular. I think I would refer to this game as SaintSpell for short when searching online for fan content/discussions.

I love how certain characters will remember things from previous rounds. Wished that the game's narrative timeline was a bit longer; I know there would be a lot (29!) of characters to scale. Could open some room for developing episodic releases!
I thought Aspen's route was nice. His design reminds me of Ky from Guilty Gear 1 and Mikleo from Tales of Zestiria.
Pursued Eleni route again because :^) but also... what was that 3rd ending
Had to take shrooms to get on Arbor's route. That sure was somethin.
Old Dude consistently appears in the bathhouse every time I play LOL, but I have not pursued this strange person yet.
lmao i've been trying for bugbear's route 10 times in a row, i have alchemy, astro, crypto, comb and def, and my dorm is bellatrix but for some reason my strength is only 5 on mon and when i do get his route i asked about his name and smile but the crypto question was never asked, pls help :( Edi: Nevermind! it was a bug, maybe because i kept retrying. if ur having this problem, just exit and restart ur pc
you can play it on android with joiplay, just download joiplay and the 'joiplay renpy extension', im not good at explaining so just search up a tutorial
I love the game so much. I like how the MC can be gender-neutral, tall/short, and etc. I actually first came here for the art and story. I didn't even realize it was a romance game and that there were a lot of routes and characters, it made me more interested. I also love the fact there are male, female and nonbinary love interests.

Is it possible that Bugbear was inspired in part by Kovit in Rebecca Schaeffer's Not Even Bones story? He reminds me so much of him. Those are two characters that truly terrify me.

I saw a little horror besides, so scared but so excitingg though it seems not happy 🙃 (when Bugbear's route was released, i imagined a very very happy ending). However, BUGBEAR'S SUCCESS ENDING MAKES ME WATCH IT AGAIN AND AGAINNN ✨ LOVE THIS GAME.

SSpell's has stolen my attention for weeks now. I'm dragging my feet finishing it because I grew attached to so many characters (Eris <3 my loovvee) & don't want it to end! The large, diverse cast & storylines combined with the dreamy pixel art is just so much fun. One route could be cute & silly, another serious or spooky, and so on! I'm really thankful for all who put their effort in to this unique sim!!
Can someone help me with Huxley's route? The first time I interact with her, it ends with her calling me ugly and leaving. Ever other time I see here she runs away. I've seen someone talking about dates with her in the gardens at 6:00 PM, but every time I go she either isn't there or runs away.
Okay, this may totally be irrelevant- but is your pronouns in the game he/him? I went to they/them for one of my playthroughs and that was the one that Huxley didn't call me ugly in LMAO I may have just had more favorable stats, I haven't tested this at all.

A friend recommended this to me and I'm glad she did. Between the amazing art, great writing, and uniqueness with a bit of nostalgia I had to create a profile and tell yall how great you are. Some characters I need more than a week with lol. Their story are so addicting that you literally want to play it over and over again. Thank y'all♡

I don't know about the ending counts but-- You can find most of the cgs in the student spellbook! Just click on the person you wanna check out on the right side of the bookk
im pretty sure he has 3 in total (excluding the character sprite art/1st image) but you can check it in the student spellbook and click on the character you want to check on the right side of the book :D
I LOVED the experience whilst playing this game. All the characters are very well designed and I really felt absorbed into the universe. I know it's early stages but I would love it if it wasn't just a week long game! I completely get that this is for future updates but I'd love to have the whole school year to interact with these people. Cannot wait for the future of this game <33

all you gotta do is let it happen
you have to ask bugbear abt his smile along w his real name at the 3rd meeting (you need to have 10 STR to ask it) then you'll get the success end

you have to keep trying to meet her during class and lunch, but make sure you have HIGH charisma before the event pops up

You can find her in the garden, or join the tea club in extracuricullar time. You could also find her in some classes (and in the forest sometime.)
